Mary: Sales &
Customer Services
Mary spent 24 years working for Royal Mail before joining Carole as a business partner at Hoolit.
​
She not only looks after most of our clients, she also keeps an eye on the financial side of the business (she likes a good haggle).
​
As she spends many, many hours browsing 'the socials' (usually about football), she thought she might as well put her 'experience' to good use and is currently working towards a digital marketing certificate.
​

Carole:
Design & Artwork
Carole studied graphic design after leaving school (which wasn't yesterday! Let's just say Letraset was involved) but fell into sales and customer service in the print & design industry for the following 20 years or so.
​
Fortunately, she has studied to update her skills and catch up with new trends and no longer feels the need to add a neon glow or drop shadow to everything she designs.
​
Carole is also a certified Wix web designer and although she goes on (and on...) about the importance of 'ink on paper' marketing, she agrees that a digital presence is essential in today's world.
​

Agnes: Accounts & Credit Control
With 33 years of experience working for the post office, Agnes keeps the books on track for us.
​
Affectionately nicknamed 'the rottweiler', don't let that bonnie face fool you! Call it what you like - dosh, wonga, readies - without it we wouldn't be here and if you owe it, Agnes will get it!
​
Actually, she's very sweet (just make sure you get her after lunch).
